Aims
This course is designed to enable those involved in client account management to understand the importance of effective commercial management and its impact upon the bottom line, risk and sustainable commercial contracts. To appreciate the commercial impact of participants’ operational decisions and actions when dealing with clients. Explore opportunities to improve commercial performance and build margins.
Target Audience
This course is designed for all those who are account managers or supporting roles. These could include client relationship managers, customer account managers, contract administrators, customer success managers, escalation managers and commercial contract managers
