Aims

To enable participants to be able to recognise the value of their organisation’s IP and the types of IP, including registered and unregistered. The type of protection needed to secure the IPR and the legal remedies for breaches of IPR.

Target Audience

This “Live” instructor-led course is for those within the organisation who have direct or indirect responsibility for the formation and protection of IPR. This will include brand managers, product and service managers, and commercial and contract managers.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Classroom Delivery

Research shows that some professionals prefer physical classroom courses. These are held at our training centre in London (or at the client’s venue). Virtual Delivery

Research also shows that other professionals prefer live-streamed tutor-led events via the Zoom/Teams platforms. This is sometimes due to the logistics of attending training room events. The number of participants will be limited to ensure an effective and enjoyable learning experience. The course will be delivered by our Subject Matter Expert (UK-licensed paralegal). Participants will be able to collaborate with fellow participants, ask questions, discuss case studies, current commercial challenges and gain practical insights.
