Live Instructor-Led Introduction to Supply Chain Management
Aims
To provide participants with an overview of basic supply chain principles and concepts. Enabling them to identify potential opportunities for reducing costs, risks and adding value across the supply chain. This could include reducing inventory, procurement, transport and storage costs. Fundamentally, to empower participants to be able to collaborate with all key stakeholders across the supply chain.
Target Audience
This “Live” instructor-led course is designed for all those who have a direct or indirect responsibility for the effective management of supply chains. It would also be useful for those new to supply chain management. The target group could include team members of supply chain managers, procurement, contracting, transport and logistics, project managers and finance. This could also include those seeking a refresher in this subject.
