Live Instructor-Led Negotiation Simulation and Roleplay Workshop

Aims

There are many excellent negotiation courses in the marketplace. However, many participants have a desire to practice their negotiation skills.

Our negotiation simulation and role play workshop is designed to enable negotiators to practice and improve their negotiation skills by working in a team to plan, prepare, participate, and perform in a realistic negotiation scenario and role play, which simulates a complex negotiation. There will be two teams plus observers and evaluators. Each phase of the simulation will be reviewed, and the participants will be advised how to progress to the next phase of the simulation. Participants will be encouraged to deploy a range of appropriate negotiation tools, techniques, tactics and ploys.

All of our courses are available as live-streamed tutor-led events via the Zoom platform or face-to-face versions.  Tailored in-house events are also available. For more details, please contact admissions@dpss.co.uk

Target Audience

This “Live” instructor-led course is for participants who are actively involved in complex and challenging negotiations and wish to improve their skills and explore new options and styles in the safety of a “controlled” environment.

Virtual Delivery

Research also shows that other professionals prefer live-streamed tutor-led events via the Zoom/Teams platforms. This is sometimes due to the logistics of attending training room events. The number of participants will be limited to ensure an effective and enjoyable learning experience. Our Subject Matter Expert will deliver the course. Participants will be able to collaborate with fellow participants, ask questions, discuss case studies and current commercial challenges and gain practical insights. They will also benefit from coaching, exploring solutions and generally interacting in this virtual classroom event.
