Aims
To provide participants with an overview of the applicable legal system related to drafting contracts. To understand and draft legally binding contract terms, whilst identifying key risks and highlighting when specialist advice is needed.

This “Live” instructor-led course is for those who have direct or indirect responsibility for drafting commercial contracts and agreements. Those responsible for the review of commercial contracts and negotiations with clients and contractors.
