Aims
There are many challenges in relation to establishing sustainable trading relationships in increasingly volatile and uncertain business conditions. This has led to new thinking in the approach to contracts and ‘agile’ agreements. Agile agreements and agile contract management demand greater levels of collaboration between the parties, in particular, the extent of communication and a focus on outcomes.

- The contracts and commercial team need to find information about every contract type and its suitability in specific situations
- Understand that Agile contracts are an ‘incremental delivery agreement’.
