Aims

To introduce AI tools and their many applications in commercial activities. The course will demonstrate the ability to create and deploy a contract and commercial management AI Assistant using structured prompts and organisational knowledge. Participants will develop a greater understanding of the capabilities of AI tools in contract and commercial management. The course will explore the benefits and potential applications of AI tools and the associated risks.

Target Audience

This course is designed for all those who need to understand and utilise AI tools and software in their day-to-day commercial activities. This could include contract managers, senior contract managers, commercial professionals, commercial officers, commercial managers, commercial Analysts, procurement professionals, procurement Officers, buyers, category managers, supplier relationship managers, vendor managers, bid and proposal teams, legal and paralegal professionals.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Apply advanced prompting techniques to generate more accurate, reliable and commercially relevant outputs.
