Live Instructor-Led Contractors Guide: Contract Performance Management Regime Requirements of the Procurement Act
Aims
The introduction of the Procurement Act 2023 has changed the framework within which public-sector organisations manage contract performance. For contractors, understanding of the procurement process alone is no longer sufficient. Contract performance requirements, Notices, KPI and SLA’s must be considered from the outset. Contractors will find that the need for transparency will mean public sector contract managers could be less flexible and obliged to publish instances of non-performance, which could affect contractors’ ability to secure future contracts. The course will place particular emphasis on understanding the new requirements imposed by the Act and how to ensure that contractors are able to respond to these challenges.
Target Audience
Sales managers, commercial leads, service delivery managers, commercial managers, client relationship managers and all those who are directly or indirectly responsible and accountable for achieving the KPI and SLA’s stated in the contract
